RCMP Appreciation Day

RCMP Appreciation Day is an annual event in BC  dedicated to recognizing and expressing gratitude for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), one of Canada’s most iconic and essential law enforcement agencies. The day serves as an opportunity for communities and individuals across the country to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices made by the men and women of the RCMP in ensuring the safety and security of Canadians.

Observed on February 1st each year in BC, RCMP Appreciation Day to acknowledge the commitment, bravery, and excellence the RCMP provides the date is February 1st as it is the day the RCMP became Canadas National Police Force – February 1, 1920.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to the incredible men and women of the RCMP who tirelessly dedicate themselves to creating a safer and more secure community for all of us. Your hard work and commitment to ensuring our well-being do not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for everything you do.
