| Volunteer Cowichan is hosting the annual Free Ageing Well Expo in the Multi Purpose Hall of the Cowichan Community Centre on May 28th from 10am-3pm. The Expo is open to the public with free admission. Whether you are an older adult, a young adult, a caregiver, or someone interested in learning more about the healthy aging resources available in the community, we encourage you to attend this exciting event.
